The strongest candidates are usually employed, and employed people do not post public resumes. IncognitoH gives them a way to be findable without being exposed, which means you can reach a pool that a public board simply does not contain.

How it differs for you

• You search skills and experience. Candidates appear under an opaque handle until they choose otherwise.
• You are never anonymous. Your name and company are shown to every candidate you approach; that asymmetry is what makes candidates willing to be here.
• Matching is against a role, not a keyword box. You describe the opening and candidates are ranked on experience, location, right to work, availability and skills, with the score broken down so you can see why somebody placed where they did.
• A candidate decides what to share and can withdraw it. Plan for a conversation, not a contact-details download.

What it costs

• Professional, monthly: $150 a month for 10 job descriptions and 200 candidate invites a month.
• Professional, annual: $1,800 a year for 132 job descriptions and 2,640 candidate invites a year, all of them available from the first day of your subscription year.
• On either plan, seeing the candidates ranked for your roles, opening their anonymous profiles and reading the professional detail behind each card is unlimited.
• An invite is what you spend: each candidate you invite uses one, and you can only invite someone whose profile you have read. An invite reaches a real person, and a finite number of them is what keeps each one considered.
• A candidate releasing their identity costs nothing. It is their decision about their own details, and there is no price on it.

A hiring account is a paid account: you choose the monthly or the annual plan at sign-up and pay for it after your first sign-in, in US dollars through Stripe. Before you pay you can set up your profile, post up to three roles a month and see how many candidates match them; seeing who they are, opening profiles and inviting need a plan. You can cancel from the Subscription page at any time and keep everything on the plan until the term ends. Payments are not refundable.

Verification

Register with a work email at the company you recruit for; a personal address is refused at sign-up. Your account is live as soon as you confirm that address. We may ask you to confirm the organisation behind it, and we may suspend or close an account whose company cannot be confirmed or that breaks the rules below. A candidate who releases their details to you is trusting that the name on your approach is real; keep it so.

What is not allowed

• Attempting to identify a candidate who has not released their details, or contacting them outside the platform.
• Passing candidate information to anyone outside the role you described, or keeping it after the role is filled or withdrawn.
• Approaching candidates about roles you are not actually recruiting for.
• Discriminating on any ground the law protects. The card shows work authorisation and location because a role may require them; it shows nothing else that could be used to, and nor may you.
