Before you write
If you are asking about your own data, send your message from the address you signed up with. We cannot discuss an account with someone we cannot confirm owns it, and asking you for proof of identity by email is exactly what we would rather avoid.
Never send us your password, and never send us a document you would not want held outside your sealed record. Nothing we ask for needs either.
What we cannot do by email
We cannot tell you whether a particular person has an account, and we cannot pass a message to a candidate on a recruiter's behalf. Both would defeat the thing the platform exists to protect.
